Cool, vintage Penn State sweatshirt. Vintage clothing can fit differently, so please go by the photo measurements. It has its fair share of small stains over the front, none that really jump out, but definitely visible. Along the collar it looks like some of the blue bled onto the white, forming pinkish discoloration. On the waist there's a pink spot on the blue that looks bleached.
