Dress in person is very much a true baby pink, I don't see any of the orange that my camera is picking up. Polka dots are slightly raised, giving a nice texture. No size indicated so please see measurements, my best guess is this would fit a size medium. No maker tag found, I believe this is handmade. No holes noticed. Loop that goes around button at the top back of neck is made purely out of thread.
