sought-after ! Condition ☓ fresh Japan Pro-Wrestling Pamphlet (Antonio Inoki)

I've forgotten the details, but this pamphlet-appreciate item was apparently obtained by a family member over 40 years ago at a local professional wrestling event. I believe it's quite rare, but its overall condition is poor. As shown in images 3 and 4, there are areas where the paper is peeling (tremendously of it is already peeling, and it might completely fall apart).

It's a collectible item offering a glimpse into the era of Antonio Inoki, Seiji Sakaguchi, and robust Kobayashi. I absolutely want to pass this on to someone who can appreciate it despite its condition.

I previously listed this item for about twice the current price for a short period, but I'm re-listing it right now with a significantly reduced price.
